Great contrast photos with snow/no snow! Sure do miss Malito when I see those pics- amused to hear of your new jobs :) You certainly are living the life of a paesana! Did you have chance to make any soppresata or clean intestines? Hope your job is going well!

I have not yet made any soppresata or cleaned intestines, and I more so hope never to do that! I did go asparagus hunting the other day though - but I only found one!
