Bel ragazzo and I are so confused. We don't know where to go next year. Of course the choice is not entirely ours, we need to make requests and then we will be placed accordingly...but we are not sure.
I so wanted to go and live in Greece but then someone told me that Greece is not a good place to work as the hotels are not of a high quality and that previous staff have left after one season.
So then we thought, ok - Canary Islands.
Now someone else tells me that Canary Islands are so over run by English that they are islands without culture, islands that have been ruined by sadly the (very British) tourist market.
BUT the person who said Greece was dirty was the one saying the Canary Islands were great, and the one saying Canary Islands are full of drunk English is the one saying Greece is beautiful.
όπου dónde...where...where....I am now thinking Cyprus but I need another sign to help me decide. Gosh at this rate we will end up staying in Italy...I hear the Tuscany region is very nice.

Wow, that's a hard decision. I have no idea how I would decide. Could you take a short trip to each one first just to see if you like it? They're all so beautiful!
Hi Jennie,
If only there was time to do that! I have been to many of the Greek Islands but that is it. That's why I'm waiting for some sort of sign!
Hmm, yeah that's gonna be hard deciding. I would wait for a sign too!
I don't know what's wrong with my new blog - a few other people have said they couldn't leave comments either. I'm looking into it!
Hi Leanne,
If you are seriously considering Greece, I would suggest reading this blog:
http://livingingreece.gr/
it is very informative. I went to Greece last year and loved it, but after reading this womans blog, I'm not sure I'd want to live there.
What about Turkey? Istanbul is great!! Or are you set on living on an island?
Either way, I'm anxious to see where life takes you next. Sounds exciting!!
Hi Piccola,
I will go and check out the ladies blog - thanks for the link. Someone else mentioned Turkey too - but I would love to live on an island for a while. Maybe Cyprus as it is half Greek and half Turkish so then I could have a bit of both cultures. Who knows!!!! I don't :)
